        إِنَّما وَلِيُّكُمُ اللَّهُ وَ رَسُولُهُ وَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا الَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ الصَّلاةَ وَ يُؤْتُونَ الزَّكاةَ وَ هُمْ راكِعُونَ

The National Association of Muslim American Women (NAMAW) was founded in 1989 at the Branford Street Mosque in Newark NJ.  For 27 years we have served the Muslim American community and the international Muslim ummah with dedication, scholarship and activism.  We are a UN accredited NGO. We are also accredted by the US Department of State.
